In Burbank, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across California vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–4 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (818) 848-8709. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, lubecenterburbank.com.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 220 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded oil change services in Burbank.

This place is amazing - very professional staff, clean and great communication and very customer friendly. How many times do you go to a car service place where they don’t charge you just for walking in? Never! We took our car in based on high recommendation from Chat GPT and chat wasn’t wrong! We wanted our tires checked and the brakes checked and the brake fluid and tires. The car went in and they hoisted her up and minutes later gave us the green light. When I asked how much do we owe the gentleman said nothing … meanwhile there was another gentleman waiting for an oil change who had come all the way from Glendale and said it’s the best place and the only place he goes to because they are that good. This is where we will always send our daughter from now on for her car. Very highly recommend this place and was super o pressed and the office is really nice. Bravo and thank you for honesty and great service.

Ron & his team are amazing. In and out in 30 minutes and they added a link of tubing to fix my windshield washing system where rats had gnawed it into. Pricing is fair, service and treatment exceptional!

Stumbled upon this place through Reddit and saw all the glowing reviews, so I took my car in for an oil change a few hours later. Probably the fastest and most thorough service I’ve experienced for an oil change. They filled my tires, checked all the fluids, and let me know they can help with figuring out any issues preventing my car from passing my next smog test. All within ten minutes. Definitely coming back very soon to get my transmission fluid changed!

Wow. Ron and team were so incredibly responsive, kind, and fast!!! I am very impressed with the service I received here. Came in because my car wasn’t starting, and they fixed it within 24 hours. Appreciate that the team was honest, not condescending, and friendly. Will be coming back here for sure.

These guys are great. Best auto care professionals I’ve ever known. No double talk. No unnecessary up-selling. The quality of their work is top shelf, and they’re unwaveringly reliable. Ron and Brent are the best. Love these guys.
